From a Shakespeare fan
I totally understand what you were trying to do, I've read the play three times and watched it on film twice. I've even read the shortened version with mice. All in all, you tried to recreate it, but missed key points in the story. If you were going for humor, it should have been faster paced. (Macbeth is a drama, it's not supposed to be super funny, although it is sometimes.) If you want to know how to parody Shakespeare effectively, I would suggest watching The Reduced Shakespeare Company either live, or online somewhere. You ended up somewhere in the middle betweeen an effective comedic shortening and a comedic parody altogether. Try and find the key points about the work before making another.
Another thing that detracted from the animation was the implementation of real pictures in an animated world. While you can get away with this in some animations, I don't think personally this is one of them. Stick with the drawn figures, and try and make them move around, not just sit there like static figurines.
Personally, I would also shorten the intro, but that's just me. It's not that bad the way it currently is.
And on a final note, there seemed to be inside jokes in the film that ended up just not being funny to the general audience. Try and keep them out when submitting to such a large area such as newgrounds, as it may be fine at school where people get them, but here, few understand the jokes you're making.
